By accessing, browsing or making a reservation through this website, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and intend to be legally bound by them. To the extent any travel products and/or services are booked through Travelwithsmile.com, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept all of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or make any reservations through Travelwithsmile.com.

We act only as an intermediary in making arrangements for hotels or any other services (including but not limited to transfers, excursions, sightseeing tours etc), therefore the contract for accommodation and other services will be between you and third party. This means that the contract for accommodation or other services is between you and the hotel or supplier and there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each hotel/supplier will have terms and conditions relating to their services. We act as agent and we have no contractual liability to you in respect of services reserved through us.

Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations. You must be 18 years old at the time of booking and possess the legal capacity and authority to book as the lead name and travel on holidays with us and take up the offers advertised by us if they are still available. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other person travelling on the booking and for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes made in relation thereto, to all persons travelling on such booking, including but not limited to information on schedule changes or copies of booking confirmations.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Prices DO Include:

Accommodation, transfers, tours/cruises, car hire, and any other inclusions as specified in writing on the relevant web pages for each product.

Prices DO NOT Include:

Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in costs on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product. Rates do not include any entry taxes, as this must be paid direct to the operators.

Package Bookings

“Package” means a pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following services, when sold at an inclusive price covering a period of more than 24 hours or an overnight stay: flight, accommodation, car hire, airport car parking and airport express buss.

It is a condition of your booking with us that you and all other members of your party, including infants and children, are adequately insured on holiday. Any person who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on his or her journey

No refunds can be made for any unused part of the package or on/after original start date of your trip.

At the time of booking the full amount due for your Package will be deducted from your credit or debit card. Your contract for a Package with us is formed when you have paid for Package and have received an email from us confirming acceptance of your booking.

After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your booking, flight ticket numbers and a hotel details.

There may be other restrictions and conditions on some offers, but these are explained in the details of those offers. When you ask for your booking to be confirmed, we will confirm the booking there and then, and set aside your chosen accommodation, holiday or transport for you. Next, we will send you a Confirmation Invoice within 14 days. We may not be able to confirm some of our ground arrangements straight away (e.g. bespoke accommodation, tours etc). In these instances we may issue a Confirmation Invoice. However, a contract for arrangements that have not been confirmed on that invoice will only be made when we have sent you written confirmation that those additional arrangements have been completed. If there is any change to any of the details discussed at the time of booking, before the Confirmation Invoice is issued, we will notify you promptly of any new or changed details, including a change to the total price (if any). If any detail on the Confirmation Invoice is not correct tell us immediately. If there is an obvious error on the Confirmation Invoice we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it, but we will do this within 7 days of issuing the Confirmation Invoice or, if your departure is within 7 days, no later than 24 hours before you go.

Rates and Price Variations:

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Deposits By you

Bookings travelling within 45 days will be required to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation. The appropriate amount will automatically be debited to the credit card provided or can be transferred into our bank account directly. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary, these are listed on the individual page. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking.

Final Payment

Final payment must be paid immediately when requested prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary, these are shown on the individual pages. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. Please note the final payment may vary from the original booking price or quote if the product is subject to exchange rate fluctuations or price rises by suppliers.
